When Ariff Communications, a PR and Social Media agency, decided it was time to move to a larger space and establish an official office for the agency, they turned to us for the job. We were honoured to be chosen as their partner to help create their dream workspace.

1. Open Workspace Concept: The new office features an open workspace layout that encourages collaboration and communication among team members.

2. Multipurpose Areas: Various areas within the office serve multiple functions, providing flexibility for different work styles and tasks.

3. Reused Materials: We made use of materials left by the previous tenants, such as glass doors and walls, to save on costs and reduce waste.

4. Reused Furniture: To further save costs, we were able incorporate furniture from Ariff Communications' old office into the new space.

5. Sentimental Items: The design included sentimental items like a long wooden table from Ariff Communications' inception. Now, it serves as a dining table for the new office, preserving the agency's history and roots.

6. Natural Light: We ensure all team members have access to windows, allowing natural light to flood the space. This change addressed the previous tenant's choice to keep the office dark and dim by closing all the windows.

Through this collaboration, we were able to create an inspiring, functional, and sustainable workspace for Ariff Communications that not only meets the agency's needs but also fosters creativity and productivity. This partnership showcases the value of thoughtful office design and the importance of working with experts to bring a vision to life.
